            Learning Welsh is a very highly political  issue in Wales.  The fact that somebody can speak Welsh  fluently, and or  claim to have learnt to speak other languages the problem with the word speak is it to can mean absolutely anything.           

    Language cannot be learnt in classrooms they must be lived through. Undergraduates who do degrees in language, who will possess an A Level in the language they are studying will go on residency to a country for three months to year where the language they are learning is the majority language. Classroom learning is a preparation for this.

     Language learning website merely expect learners to memorise phrases. This will give learners are sense of accomplishment because they will be able to recite phrases like parrots. We only need to consider our use of English to recognise we cannot possibly memorise every phrase that we use.
